Starting Monday, May 13th, MinMaxGames will increase our shipping fee by $1.00 across all platforms. We have partnered with InsureShield®, a UPS company, to bring a new level of commitment and security to our packages. ALL orders placed on Monday and every day after will be wholly insured for their total value. If, for any reason, and we mean ANY reason, your package is not delivered or is damaged, you will be entitled to a full refund. This includes but is not limited to Porch Pirates, Lost packages, Missing in transit packages, damaged products, undelivered packages, etc.
The absolute worst part of our job is dealing with lost or stolen packages. No one is excited to find out their order was destroyed or stolen, and dealing with insurance companies and shipping companies can become a full-time job just trying to get a resolution. This new agreement should provide additional peace of mind that your purchases are safe with MinMaxGames. We hope nothing wrong ever happens to your package, but we will be there to make it right if it does.
